Improved checking for open files
Version 1.3 has a new mechanism to figure out if a file is open and adds better support for different Servoy versions.
New features in 1.3:
- Improved checks of open files: on Mac and Linux, the lsof statement is used to try to figure out if a file is open; on Windows, a canWrite() test is performed and if true a rename is attempted. While far from perfect, this should be more reliable that previous methods
- added isFileOpen() method
- improved getOpenFiles in Watcher using the method described above
- improved method calling for different versions of Servoy

Version 1.2 released
Version 1.2 adds a method to get a MD5 checksum of a file. That makes it easier to see if a file has really been changed. Also new is a method that allows to stop watching a particular file.
